Run Off by Capsens is a wind-down management platform developed by Capsens. It ensures the continuity of repayments and project monitoring for platforms that have ceased operations.

From your personal account, you can:

• View your subscription history
• Access your electronic wallet and withdraw available funds
• Track your projects and related updates
• Access documents related to your investments

Run Off acts as a technical and administrative intermediary to ensure that the closure of a platform does not interrupt the processing and monitoring of repayments.

Your original platform was an investment platform. Run Off is a wind-down management platform: it does not offer new projects but takes over the management of existing ones.

Depending on your situation:

• If all your projects have already been repaid, your only purpose on Run Off will be to withdraw funds from your electronic wallet
• If some projects are still ongoing, you can view your subscriptions, track repayments and access procedure-related information

Run Off is responsible for:

• Hosting and technical continuity of the platform
• Administrative monitoring of existing projects
• Managing contractual deadlines
• Processing financial flows through the payment service provider
• Communicating with investors

Run Off does not intervene in:

• Debt recovery actions against borrowers
• Representation of the investor pool
• Legal proceedings
• Legal negotiations on behalf of investors
• Guaranteeing performance or repayment of projects

Debt recovery and investor representation are handled by the parties designated in each project (mass representative, recovery firm, agent, etc.).

Run Off does not offer phone support. The team is available exclusively in writing, via the contact form on the platform.

For any request, please specify the project concerned and the nature of your question to receive a precise and relevant response.

Only projects that were still ongoing at the time your original platform closed have been transferred to Run Off. Subscriptions that had already been fully repaid are not expected to appear.
